2. Nature of Our Services

Our services are digital and non-tangible. Once an order has started processing, it cannot be reversed or undone because the delivery begins immediately through automated systems and third-party networks. For this reason, full refunds are not applicable once an order is marked as “In Progress” or “Completed.”

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Order Not Delivered: If your order has not been delivered within the specified time frame (and you have not received any update from our team), you may request a full refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service due to a system or payment gateway error, we will refund the duplicate amount to your original payment method.
  • Technical or System Error: If a technical error on our end causes a failure in service delivery, we will either: a. reprocess the order at no additional cost, or b. issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Service Not as Described: If the delivered service significantly differs from what was promised on our website, we will investigate and, if verified, offer a partial or full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The order has already been completed as described.
  • The issue was caused by a change in your own account, settings, username, or platform restrictions.
  • You provided incorrect details or URLs when placing the order.
  • You decided to stop using our service after the order started.
  • You violated our Terms of Service.
  • Drops in engagement or followers after the order is completed due to external platform algorithms, updates, or user activity (as these factors are beyond our control).

5. Refund Mode

You may request to cancel an order only if it has not yet started processing. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@getmyfollow.com with your order details.

6. Processing of Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first may result in permanent account suspension. We encourage all customers to reach out to us directly for quick resolution before taking such action.
