How to get help fast

Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both Bangla and English. Most queries are answered within 15–30 minutes during BD business hours (10 AM–10 PM BST) and within 1–2 hours overnight.

For order issues

If an order is delayed, stuck or not delivered as described, message us through the contact form above or email info@getmyfollow.com with your order ID. We will investigate and either resume delivery or refund your balance within 24 hours.

For payment issues

If your bKash, Nagad or Rocket payment did not reflect in your wallet, send us the transaction ID and amount. Payments are usually verified within 10–30 minutes. For PayPal and card payments, allow up to 1 hour for processing.

For reseller and API questions

Agencies and resellers can reach us for API access, bulk pricing and white-label setup through the same contact channels. We typically respond to reseller inquiries within 1 hour during business hours.
