These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GetmyFollow (“we”, “us”), including our website and dashboard. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
GetmyFollow is a self-service social media marketing (SMM) panel. We provide social engagement services — such as followers, likes, views and subscribers — that you order through your account after adding funds to your wallet. You are responsible for the accuracy of the links and details you submit.
2. Account & safety
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. We will neverask for the password to your social media accounts — you only ever provide a public profile link or username. Never share your social account passwords with anyone claiming to represent us.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for content that is illegal, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. You acknowledge that third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram and others) each have their own terms of service, and that the use of engagement services may not be endorsed by those platforms. You use our services at your own discretion and risk.
4. Payments & wallet
Funds are added to a prepaid wallet (minimum deposit ৳100) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, PayPal or card. Prices are shown at the time of ordering and may change. Completed orders draw down your wallet balance.
5. Delivery
We aim to begin orders promptly and deliver gradually to keep growth natural. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with platform conditions and order size.
6. Refills & refunds
Eligible services include a refill guarantee for a stated period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Undelivered or failed orders may be refunded to your wallet.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetmyFollow is not liable for any action taken by a third-party platform against your account, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
